Veriteer means “do-er of truth”.

Verity

Noun.

The quality or state of being true, real, or correct.

-eer

Noun-forming suffix.

Occurring originally in loanwords from French (buccaneer; mutineer; pioneer) and productive in the formation of English nouns denoting persons who produce, handle, or are otherwise significantly associated with the referent of the base word (auctioneer; engineer; mountaineer).

The main implication of this is that we only focus on what will really make a difference for our partner brands. And it is a commitment that we take very seriously in our work.

We help brands understand what their real issues and opportunities are, and then help them address them. This means that we often challenge a brief, which doesn't always mean that we get the gig, but it does mean that the work we do win is something that will make a real difference.

We're building a new type of business.

We were founded in 2017 as the world's first customer consultancy by veterans of some of the world’s best known and most loved brands.

These large brands often struggled to build a clear vision for what their customers mean to them as a business and translate this into concrete actions that could deliver results.

Our purpose was therefore to help brands fully connect the strategy and execution of their customer experience.

Since our launch, we have worked to blend strategy, design and management experience into a single, integrated team, and to develop cutting-edge methods that allow us to solve enterprise-scale customer experience problems.
