A global vehicle rental leader needed to transform their FleetManagement Digital Product team's approach from tactical to strategic. Their challenge was two-fold: communicating value effectively across the organisation and balancing long-term strategic goals with short-term tactical demands.
Our approach

- Created visual tools for strategic communication, including an Initiatives Map and Goals Hierarchy
- Established clear connections between individual project goals and overarching business objectives
